Q3
What is merit by cold forming?
A3

Almost no material loss, as compared with milling from bar. In case of mass-products of lower cost although mold charge is required separately. Also, processing inside mold (die) keeps stable dimensions and strength without cutting fiber flow.

Q4
Is there any minimum production lot?
A4

It depends negotiation with a customer however, generally speaking, quantitiy over 10,000pcs will be required but few thousands will be acceptable, depending on material and unit weight.

Q5
Is there any limit of wire diameter?
A5

Our facility handle wire from φ3m/m to φ34m/m.

Q6
Is there maximum dimension of product?
A6

φ34m/m shaft × 500m/m length × φ55m/m is maximum dimension but it depend on specification of applicable header and former.

Q7
Do you provide complete product?
A7

We can provide secondary process such as rolling, tapping, drilling as cold forming. Also we welcome inquiries of simple assembling work.

Q8
Is the sample only enough without drawing?
